Fable began life as all good things do, over a chat and a pint. From our first market stall to our current home in Dublin city-centre, it’s been a wild ride so far.
The Fable so far
Fable founders Kate and Elyse started baking in hired kitchens and transporting our buns and market stall set up in two tiny cars to brave the Irish weather and bring our buns to you. By Christmas 2022 we found a new home in the front of Sprout & Co’s Dawson Street store, where we bake our buns fresh, every day, and serve coffee roasted by the legends that are Imbibe Coffee Roasters.
Our buns take three days to make, from mixing and resting the dough, to laminating, shaping and baking them. They’re made with love and, in our humble opinion, great taste. We hope you think so, too.
